If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please call or email us within 10 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace or exchange an item, or refund your purchase.
If an item is damaged upon arrival, please notify us immediately (within 2 days of product arriving) by sending photos to our email (email@example.com). We will respond promptly about sending a replacement for you, and what should be done with the damaged item.
If you’d like to return an item for any other reason, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order for return instructions. We will gladly refund or exchange your purchase, provided items are unused/ in sellable condition. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and initial shipping is non-refundable.
Once we receive your return, we will process the refund, and send you an email confirmation (within 2 days of us receiving the item).
